THE S.K.E.N.A.R. DEVICE was developed in Russia by a team of scientists and doctors under project chief Alexander Karasev. The task, started in the late 1970s, was to find a way of coping with illness in the most energy efficient, portable and non-invasive way possible, for the benefit of space crews.
The reason for this need related to the fact that cosmonauts could not take drugs for illness because all their water was recycled and no toxic residues could be allowed to remain in the water supply.
The Russian team under Alexander Karasev were not the first people to think of the idea of sending signals to the brain to stimulate the immune system, but they were the first to make it work in a proper repeatable therapeutic manner.
The device works by making the body's own immune system operate more efficiently. It is technically a very complicated device that "reads" skin resistance levels and sends electronic impulses via the skin to the brain. This then "kicks into action" the release of neuropepcides and other neuroadaptive chemical and electro-magnetic functions to produce a widespread harmonising effect on the body's physiology. I think it would be correct to say that the machine tunes up and balances the "homoeostatic mechanism" of the body, stimulating the body's natural ability to heal itself and the removal of "blocks" to that self-regulation, the "blocks" we call disease.
The S.K.E.N.A.R., dubbed the "star trek" device by the press, due to the similarity in appearance to the Star Trek series medical scanner, is constantly being developed to improve its performance capacities. This machine really does herald a new dimension to medical treatment in the 21 st Century.
In the context of our work here at the Rosedale Clinic, I regard this device as a useful adjunct to all the work we already carry out for people. It is another form of deeply effective Bioresonace therapy to enhance well-being and speed repair processes.
From the patient's point of view, a treatment runs like this: the machine is run like an "iron" over the spine in stripes, then over the abdomen. The "read treat" cycle of information is entered into a form of cybernetic feedback, scanning and re-transmitting many times a second.
The device "evolves" a new signal pattern for the disordered tissues and the machine literally enters an information dialogue with the body, breaking up the "fixed" or unnatural wavelengths of disease or injury. The machine is gentle in its application and it feels like a tingling/stroking sensation going over the skin. Treatment may be carried out once to three times per week dependent upon the "depth" of the problem.
Until a significant body of medical evidence is collected in this country we make no claims for the SKENAR device. However, the Russians have found that in over 50,000 documented cases a great deal of help has been given in the following areas:
