Darkfield Microscopy Analysis

The Darkfield Microscopy Principle - the examination of the 'Wet film of blood' has been used for over 80 years due to the unique Example of blood sample taken in DFM examination advantages of wet living blood preparations over dead dry blood smear preparations.

Conventional morphological evaluation of peripheral blood often relies upon the use of a brightfield microscope, yet the darkfield microscope holds certain advantages over brightfield for vital blood analysis. The heart of the system is the darkfield condenser which blacks out the central rays of light from the light source and directs the peripheral rays to strike the observed object laterally. Selective light transmission being reflected upward from the object in view produces an appearance of brightness on a dark background. This phenomenon produces high contrast and clarity of blood cell membranes.

Q. So what does it do for you?

A. Opens up the possibility to deepen the approach to personal physiology and many aspects of diet, supplementation and exercise.

Conducting Darkfield Microscopy Analysis

The primary function is to raise personal awareness of cell function, the ability of the blood to carry oxygen round the system and dispose of toxins through the organs of elimination. Blood is the transport vehicle for everything going 'in' and 'out'. We can tell from the live blood sample if you have drunk enough water, if certain vitamins or minerals are deficient, if you have a leaning towards cardiovascular disease, if your immune system is compromised, if the homeostasis of the Body (the control and balance systems) is dysfunctional.

Carrying out D.F.M. examinations whilst on a course of treatment can show with more interesting results how 'clearer', 'cleaner' blood is associated with improved well- being, performance and promotion of health and longevity. The clearer and cleaner, the less toxic the system, the longer you live and the better you feel!
