Advice on combating swine fluMinimise exposure Maximise your immune responsiveness The virus is transmitted through aerosol vapours from coughing & sneezing. Droplets can persist for several days on surfaces e.g. handrails, phones etc, so washing hands is good practice. The virus has a particular "liking" for throat & lungs, take special note if you have a history of illness in those areas.
Keep yourself in the peak, viruses mutate by swapping viral DNA with similar viruses. The swine flu mutates very easily & rapidly, so work on making yourself a bad home for it! |
