Dear friends,
I did not expect to write another round robin e-mail , this year, however it is great to let you know that I am able to work , several groups of people who were shut during the last lock up , are able to work this time .
In our case as acupuncturists, due largely to the sterling work of the British Acupuncture Council , defending our stance of being considered as offering serious medical support to the community.
So many people have asked me what my take on covidity is , that I thought, on my holiday week, that I would put pen to paper.
How do you start on such a subject ? from a personal stand point , I think.
I am immensely privileged to spend my life serving humanity, in a way that I find most interesting and fulfilling , I like many of my generation, I am now 67,have seen many world events come and go , with the great fortune to still have one’s marbles intact to evaluate , compare and contrast .
I am also in the privileged position of having amongst the people I treat , several who are close to the heart of national decision making and knowledge of the wheels within wheels.
In general terms I think that we can identify the handling of the pandemic as shambolic on anyone’s terms by a majority of the world’s governments.
The governments of Singapore and Taiwan can be said to have responded by isolating travellers form China as far back as December 2019 , before the Chinese admitted there was any kind of problem . Their response with rigorous isolation of contacts has worked. We have a similar well tried and tested format for tracing STD’s, why did we not implement a version of that ?
Instead of the shambolic track n trace system, ineffective , massive waste of tax-payers money.
During the SARS 2 outbreak in 2003 the Chinese shut it down pretty rapidly , curiously they did not with Covid 19. Though obviously they knew that something had gone badly wrong in Wuhan or why were they all out in HASMAT suits from day 1 ? They are undoubtedly culpably liable for the pandemic.
One lady I treat has a Chinese massage practitioner who is from Wuhan and she passed the comment , that in all probability some low paid worker whose job it was to incinerate diseased carcases, thought , “ I know what, I will take them down to the wet market and earn a few yuan “
Surely it is more than a little coincidental that a major virology research lab is down the road from the infamous wet market

There is a branch of the WHO which studies the epidemiology of pandemics and zoonotic virus and bacterial transmission ( animal to human ) as we destroy more and more habitat we are driven closer and closer to animal contact, not withstanding those populations which live with animals in their homes.
In Britain we may not live with goats in the kitchen , but anyone who has a cat probably has parasite eggs liberally covering their kitchen work surfaces. The WHO warned the Chinese about wet market zoonotic viruses 5 years ago, President Obama mentioned the coming pandemic when he was in office and professor Gupta in the UK also predicted the disaster looming 5 years ago.
To be as concise as possible I put forward the following bullet points;
Q1 ) We were exhorted to STAY HOME, PROTECT THE NHS, SAVE LIVES.
Protect the NHS from what ? being overwhelmed ? Why would they be overwhelmed , since it is the NHS job to look after sick people ?
A1) Because , even with 5 years warning the government could not isolate China or get together enough PPE , staff or anything at all to be prepared for the tidal wave and preferred to virtually destroy the economy rather than be pro-active. I reckon that if the politicians and “scientists” were all self employed they might have been a damn sight keener on providing a “fix”
As Oscar Wilde said decades ago “ Professional people have no cares, whatever happens they get theirs “
Q2) Nightingale hospitals , hundreds of beds, not used to speak of ?
A2) No staff , No PPE, Lack of equipment, verdict , shambles.
Q3) SAGE, run by Prof Ferguson who broke his own rules to have sex and masterminded the culling of thousands of cattle without need in the foot and mouth outbreak , what is the use of SAGE ?

Q4) Why did the chief coroner’s office decree in march that as many deaths as possible, occurring from whatever cause should go down as caused by Covid 19 ?
A4) To keep the numbers up , following the basic rule that the best way to control a population is to keep them afraid, as we see from the current TV updates. Anyone who has a positive test and dies from something else later goes down as a Covid death.
Q5) Why are Amnesty international after the British government ?
A5) See, bbc.co.uk/news/uk-54408723 Whilst the brave NHS front liners were risking their lives, the hierarchy were sending sick old people back into nursing homes, causing viral spikes and making people sign “Do not resuscitate” orders.

That killed approx. 80,000 British subjects and around 1 to 4 million world wide
Bear in mind that the world loses 50 million of its population every year to SEPSIS, it does not make us afraid to do the gardening, just careful.
No one locked up their populations and bankrupted economies, NO, we were just sensible, washed hands and self limited social contact. We have clearly seen some sectors of our society obeying no rules which does not help atall.
In 1968, we accepted that some people would die of the flu epidemic, however we kept calm and just got on with it !!!!! At the end of all analysis that is all you can do. Lock-ups don’t control viruses , they just kick the can down the road until you meet it again.
1% of those diagnosed with covid are in danger of death, we lost 19,000 to the ordinary flu of 1999/2000. Covid is dangerous and potentially fatal to relatively few people .
When you look at the suicide rate, the mental health destruction and the general anger in society presently , can we say that our government has got it right, I do not think so.
The Vaccine race ? The Pfizer vaccine is extremely expensive and has to be kept at incredibly low temperatures , the Oxford vaccine not yet seemingly as safe, though the principle of activating T cells is excellent, In the meantime take your Vitamin D and C which help to activate T cells and go forward with a positive view on life.
It has been shown that positive mental energy activates the immune system
and negative mental outlook weakens immunity.
